A Tehama County woman is going to prison for endangering her children by the hazardous condition of her home. 35-year-old Onisha Perez has four children, ages 8-years, 4-years, one year and three months. County Child Protective Officials inspected the home and found it to be filthy and all the children to be dirty and un-cared for. A sword was found lying on the floor with the sharp tip exposed and a loaded shotgun with a round in the chamber was lying on a pile of dirty laundry in an unlocked bedroom. Perez has been sentenced to 2 years in state prison.
