A Tehama County man is accused of threatening his daughter and her boyfriend during an argument over household chores. Sunday night, Amanda Maniord called 9-1-1 from her home on Oak Street in Los Molinos to say her father was threatening her boyfriend with a knife. When deputies arrived 57-year-old Gary Maniord was seen running into the house, but he came back out moments later. Amanda said he had brandished a knife at 38-year-old Patrick West and told both of them that he was going to “Stick them and kill them”. Gary was booked into jail for criminal threats, brandishing a knife and resisting arrest.
