The Asphalt Cowboys are organizing a big fundraiser for Carr Fire victims this Saturday. The event will be held at the Asphalt Cowboys Clubhouse next to the Redding Rodeo Arena. Hamburgers, hot dogs, sides and drinks will be served for free and those who attend can donate whatever they feel is appropriate. Beer and wine will be available for sale. There will be live musical entertainment and a huge raffle of donated items, which have been gathered from local businesses and individuals. More items for the raffle are welcome. The Cowboys are priming the pump with a $10,000 donation. It’s all this Saturday from 3 to 11 next to the Redding Rodeo Arena.
