The Carr Fire has claimed another human life, though this one happened during the restoration process. PG&E has been working to bring electricity back to homes in the fire zone. An apprentice lineman in his 20s named Jairus Ayeta was killed in a vehicle-related industrial accident on Saturday. Ayeta is the seventh known fatality associated with the Carr Fire.
