NPU Makes Several Arrests At Vagabond Inn

Redding’s Neighborhood Police Unit made several arrests Wednesday during an operation at the Vagabond Inn on Bechelli Lane. Over the past month Redding Police have received numerous reports of criminal activity occurring at the inn and most of the complaints were regarding narcotics. At 7:30PM Wednesday night officers went to the Vagabond Inn and contacted multiple subjects believed to be responsible for the criminal activity. 49-year-old William Elden Dunlap has been arrested 38 times and was found to be on active parole for assault with a deadly weapon. He was searched and officers say he was in possession of Meth. 40-year-old Jason Lee Moore has been arrested 37 times and was found to be in possession of Meth as well as drug paraphernalia. He was cited and released. 28-year-old Kimberly Rose Woodcock was also contacted. She has been arrested 19 times and is on probation. She was arrested on a felony warrant. 43-year-old Thomas Edward Cardoza has 3 prior arrests and is currently on post release supervision. He was searched and allegedly was in possession of a half-ounce of Meth and officers say they found evidence of drug sales.
