Cal-Fire is reporting that the massive Carr Fire did not grow any larger for the 2nd straight day. The fire has burned 229,651 acres and crews are reporting 93% containment. At 10AM Wednesday Cal-Fire Incident Management Team 1 transitioned to a local type 3 team. Crews are continuing to extinguish hotspots in the interior of the fire. Nearly 1600 personnel are continuing the fight against the devastating fire that broke out almost a month ago.
