A group funded by FEMA and staffed by Northern Valley Catholic Social Services is hoping to help those affected by the Carr Fire. The newly launched Cal Hope Shasta Outreach Team will meet with survivors who are struggling with anxiety or grief. They say they will listen, discuss options, and connect clients with resources.
