3rd Disaster Recovery Center Opens For Camp Fire Survivors

A third disaster recovery center in Butte County is opening in Paradise Wednesday to provide residents impacted by the Camp Fire with selected state and federal disaster resources. Representatives of FEMA, the Small Business Administration, and other state and federal agencies staff the DRC’s and/or have program information available. Hours of operation are 10AM to 5PM, Monday through Saturday; closed Sundays. The Paradise DRC is located at 1080 Ewald Court at the Creative Learning Center. DRC’s are jointly operated by Cal OES and FEMA. DRC’s offer information concerning resources available to homeowners, renters and business owners who sustained damage as a result of the wildfire. There are 2 other DRC’s in Butte County, in the Chico Mall and at 2140 Feather River Boulevard in Oroville.
