Three people from Redding will be the President’s guests for the State of the Union Address Tuesday night in Washington D.C. Debra Bissell, Heather Armstrong and Madison Armstrong are daughter, granddaughter and great-granddaughter of a couple who was murdered last month in the Reno area. The accused killer of Gerald and Sharon David is an undocumented immigrant from El Salvador, who’s believed to have been in the country illegally, and the President is expected to use the case as evidence of the need for a border wall.
