An Oak Run man has been murdered. Shortly after Noon Thursday Shasta County Sheriff’s Deputies were sent to Stagecoach Drive in Oak Run on a report of a man lying face down in the dirt roadway. 44-year-old Gregory Donald Galusha had a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene. Galusha’s home is on Stagecoach Drive. It should be noted that he was found on Stagecoach Road in Oak Run, not Stagecoach Road in Palo Cedro. Detectives with the major crimes unit are trying to determine who may be responsible and they’re urging anyone with information to call them at 245-6135. They say there’s no indication that any member of the general public is at risk.
