Convicted Thief Faces Over 13 Years In Prison

A drug dealer and thief will get a lengthy prison sentence after pleading guilty to several felonies Monday. 39-year-old Richard Senne already had a lengthy criminal history when he was caught by his parole agent in possession of multiple checks that had been stolen from Park Service drop boxes at Whiskeytown National Recreation Area. Senne’s guilty pleas follow a conviction by a jury in December for three felony counts of failure to appear. He has a prior strike that is applied to each of his guilty pleas for possession of Heroin for sale, identity theft and forgery. Next month Senne will be sentenced to 13 years 8 months in state prison.
