An arrest has been made in last week’s murder of an Oak Run man. Shortly after Noon on Thursday Shasta County Sheriff’s Deputies were sent to Stagecoach Road in Oak Run on a report of a man lying face down in the dirt roadway. 44-year-old Gregory Donald Galusha had a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene. Galusha’s home is on Stagecoach Road. On Monday afternoon detectives arrested another Oak Run resident, 53-year-old Joseph Edward Roza. The two were apparently in an altercation, after which Roza reportedly fired a semi-auto handgun at Galusha, killing him. The Sheriff’s Office is not yet releasing information about the suspected motive.
