Access was a major concern for a structure fire in Southeast Redding Friday morning. The fire was at the end of Churn View Place in a narrow slice of county territory within city limits at the end of Arizona Street. The only in or out for the neighborhood is a single lane road, so fire engines had to park single file. The fire destroyed a four-car garage that was attached to a large house. A vintage Thunderbird in the garage was also destroyed. The cause is under investigation.
