A woman caught driving a stolen car in Tehama County could’ve come up with a better story. Felicia Alvarado was pulled over by Red Bluff Police in a car that had been stolen out of Glenn County. Alvarado told officers that she had won the car from the Publishers Clearing House sweepstakes. She’s been sentenced to time served and 5 years probation.
