NPU Makes Drug Arrest At East Redding Home

Two homes where drug dealing was suspected have been busted in the same area of East Redding. The Neighborhood Police Unit served a search warrant February 22nd at a house on Cameo Court, located off Mistletoe Lane. The N.P.U. says they had gotten multiple complaints of drug activity at all hours of the day and night. They reported finding a small amount of Methamphetamine and paraphernalia. The tenant who was there was arrested and charges will be filed against 2 others who were not home. As they had been investigating the Cameo Court home, officers got information about a house nearby on Penn Drive. Neighbors approached officers and online reports were also made complaining of constant vehicle and foot traffic that was believed to be the root of a rash of thefts and other crimes in the neighborhood. Thursday at 2 O’clock the N.P.U. and SINTF served a search warrant on the Penn Drive house, allegedly finding Theodore Pierce in possession of a half ounce of Meth packaged for sales, along with scales and other items.
