Teens Arrested for Death Threat

Two young teenagers in Red Bluff have been arrested after police say they sent deadly threats to a classmate. The Red Bluff Police School Resource Officer was called to Vista School Wednesday morning after the threats were reported by the victim, a 12-year-old girl. She had apparently received social media messages from two boys, ages 13 and 14, in which they threatened to shoot her. The messages included photographs of the boys holding guns. Red Bluff Police and Tehama County Deputies took the threats very seriously, responding with multiple units to the school. One of the boys was arrested at school, while the other one was arrested at his home. Neither of the boys was armed at the time of their arrest.
