Multi-Faith Vigil Planned To Honor Victims Of New Zealand Mass Shooting

In response to the mass murders of Muslims in New Zealand last week, a community vigil will be held at a West Redding church to show support for all faiths. The event will include brief comments and prayers from people of various faith traditions, including Abu Bakr Salahuddin of the Islamic Center of Redding. The vigil will take place at 7 O’clock Tuesday evening at the Pilgrim Congregational United Church of Christ, located at 2850 Foothill Boulevard.
