5 Children Taken Into Protective Custody After Search Uncovers Drugs & Guns

Several arrests have been made by Red Bluff Police investigating a home where drugs and guns were reported to be accessible by children. Officers arrived at the Little Avenue home at 8 O’clock Wednesday morning to serve a search warrant. They reported finding drugs, paraphernalia and replica firearms, all within easy reach of children living there. A 17-year-old was arrested for domestic violence and methamphetamine possession. A 33-year-old was arrested for heroin possession. Salvador Rabago was arrested on a warrant, while Savanna Rabago and Rosa Rabago were both arrested for child endangerment. Five children ranging in age from 3 to 12-years-old were taken by child protective services.
