A Red Bluff man has been sentenced for child molestation. 36-year-old Juan Perez Soto committed forcible sexual acts on two separate victims under the age of 14 and under the age of 10 continuously over the course of several years. He was arrested at Red Bluff River Park in September of last year and his bail was set at nearly $3 Million. Soto has been convicted on two two counts with special allegations and sentenced to 30 years to life in state prison.
