A man who has been arrested 18 times in Shasta County was again arrested on Wednesday evening. At 7:24PM officers with the neighborhood policing unit were patrolling in the 6100 block of Westside Road and saw 37-year-old Sa Noon Thao standing near a vehicle. The officers knew that Thao was on post release supervision for narcotic sales so they detained him. During a search officers allegedly found 3/4 ounce of Heroin,1/4 ounce of Meth, 11 Hydrocodone pills, and paraphernalia. Officers than went to his nearby residence and a search was done that uncovered evidence of drug sales and body armor. Thao is prohibited from possessing the body armor due to a prior felony conviction. He was arrested and booked into the Shasta County Jail.
