A fender bender led to a felony weapons arrest early Friday morning. Redding Police responded for a collision at the entrance to Win-River Casino at 3:15AM. The driver, 33-year-old Marvin Tucker Hefner of Susanville, was found to be on post release supervision and had three warrants, one of them a felony. As he was placed under arrest, his vehicle was searched and police reportedly found an assault rifle and a loaded high capacity magazine.
