The new Grand Jury will be impaneled at a ceremony Thursday morning at the Shasta County Courthouse. Superior Court Judge Daniel E. Flynn will preside over the 9AM proceedings in Department 10 on the 2nd floor of the courthouse. The public is invited to attend. Prior to the impaneling ceremony, the consolidated final report of the 2018-2019 Grand Jury will be presented to the court. Copies of the report will be available at the County Clerk’s Office in the Downtown Mall.
