The Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office continues to be busy with it’s ongoing war on cannabis. On Friday a series of eight search warrants were served on ten parcels of land in the Klamath River Country Estates north of Montague. 44 pounds of processed bud was seized, along with 2,528 growing plants in various stages of maturity. A total of nearly 26,000 plants have been seized by the department this season, as well as 943 pounds of processed bud. National Guard soldiers have been assisting in the raids.
