A stolen Toyota Corolla bent a sign post over, moved a very large rock several yards, knocked over a full size light standard and landed propped up on a fire hydrant before catching fire, and the driver still crawled out and ran away. It happened Tueday afternoon on Park Marina Drive. The suspect, identified as 27-year-old Brandon Reynolds, was found hiding in some bushes behind the River Inn, according to Redding Police Corporal Liz Harris. Reynolds was taken to a hospital to be treated for his injuries before being booked into jail.
