Chronic Offender Sentenced To 6 Years In County Jail

Another local chronic offender won’t be bothering anybody for a while. Christopher Michael Elvers was identified as a chronic offender by the Anderson Police Department due to his numerous violations, including burglary, vehicle theft, weapons violations, narcotics possession, and violations of probation. Elvers pleaded no contest in a felony stolen vehicle case and admitted violations of mandatory supervision in 4 other cases. Elvers has been ordered to serve 6 years in the Shasta County Jail, followed by 2 years of mandatory supervision.
