Redding Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing teenager, considered to be at risk. Chelsea Combs is 15-years-old. She is 5’05” tall and weighs 130 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes. Chelsea ran away from her home in Redding Tuesday night. The teen is considered to be at risk because she is diabetic and does not have her medication with her. Anyone with information on Chelsea’s whereabouts should contact the Redding Police Department at 225-4200.
