Woman Found With Drugs 3 Times Sentenced To 90 Days In Jail

A Tehama County drug dealer has been sentenced. 32-year-old Ashley Nicole Worley has been busted 3 times, including while she was out on bail awaiting court for another drug dealing arrest. The first time she was arrested, a drug agent witnessed a drug deal take place and found her to be holding about 56 grams of heroin and 11 grams of methamphetamine, along with scales, packaging, cash and a pay sheet to record debts and payments. The second time was at her home, where she had meth, scales and packaging. On her third arrest she was found with 19 grams of meth, scales, packaging and cash. Worley has been given 90 days in jail and 5 years formal probation. If she violates her terms she could have to serve a suspended sentence of more than 6 years in prison.
