Authorities in Butte County are looking for help in finding a man accused of molesting a minor. The Butte County Sheriff’s Office has been investigating 51-year-old Mark Johnson for almost a year. A warrant was issued Friday for Johnson’s arrest on charges of lewd and lascivious acts on a child under the age of 14, as well as failure to update his address in a sex offender database. Anyone who knows Johnson’s whereabouts is asked to call Detective Parsons at 538-7671.
