Due to the anticipated public safety power shutoff by PG&E, many Shasta County schools will be closed on Monday. In most cases, classes will resume on Tuesday. The following schools have sent us notice of their Monday closure:
— Cascade Union Elementary District (Meadow Lane, Anderson Heights, Anderson Middle, North State Aspire Academy, Tree of Life Charter)
–Anderson Union High School District (Anderson High, West Valley High, New Tech High, North Valley High, Oak View High, Anderson Adult School)
–Happy Valley Union School District
–Pacheco School and Prairie School
