An annual Halloween night compliance check on sex offenders resulted in several arrests. Officers with Anderson Problem Oriented Policing Unit, Redding NPU, Shasta County Probation, and Dalifornia Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation conducted a sweep that resulted in 19 compliance checks and 7 arrests. 43-year-old David Wrinkle was arrested after a search of found him to be in possession of Methamphetamine and to have violated the terms of his parole. Three other people at the same location were also arrested. 33-year-old Jeffrey Wilson was found to have a felony warrant and drugs for sale. 50-year-old Christy Slife was arrested for drug possession. 47-year-old Denise Johnson was found to be in possession of Methamphetamine and to have violated the terms of her felony probation. Elsewhere, 30-year-old Justine Jackson was arrested for being in possession of drug paraphernalia and violating the terms of her probation. 24-year-old Jacob Grant from the City of Shasta Lake was arrested for violating the terms of his probation.
