Search Of Stolen Car Uncovers Guns, Drugs, & Other Stolen Property

Corning Police hit the jackpot when they stopped a reported stolen vehicle Monday afternoon around 1 O’clock. After getting the occupants out without incident, a search of the inside led to the discovery of two stolen firearms, one of which was loaded, with a round in the chamber and a full magazine. Officers also reported finding items stolen from Chico, including heroin, knives, a concealed shoulder holster, ammunition, ski masks, and other items. The guns and some stolen property were reportedly taken from a residence in Corning several days ago. Three Chico residents, 27-year-old Deondre Kamena-Bottoms, 35-year-old Robert Levert, and 25-year-old Taylore Moore were booked into Tehama County Jail on various charges.
