There are several thousand PG&E customers without power in the Redding and Anderson areas. There are also large swaths without electricity in Bella Vista, Cottonwood, French Gulch, Keswick, Lakehead, Manton, ,Millville, Mountain Gate, and other areas of Shasta County. There are also several areas within the City of Redding in the dark Wednesday morning. A number of stoplights in the area are either not working or blinking red. These should be treated as stopsigns.
