Most Wanted Suspect Captured With Stolen Goods At Mount Shasta Mall

Redding Police arrested some suspected thieves at the Mount Shasta Mall on the day before Christmas. The Neighborhood Police Unit spotted a man acting suspiciously around some parked cars and when he saw them he hurried away and got into a car, then laid down to try and hide. When officers got closer they recognized him as 42-year-old Ronald Gill, an Anderson man with multiple warrants who has been on the most wanted list since 2016. He apparently locked the doors and refused to come out, so officers forced their way in and arrested Gill. They then searched the car and found a lot of clothing, jewelry, purses and other items that all still had tags on them from stores in the mall. The car belonged to 36-year-old Robbie Harrington. She’s banned from the mall due to many previous suspected thefts. Officers contacted mall security and they found her. Harrngton was booked for trespassing and Gill was booked for his warrants and resisting arrest.
