Tehama County likes to keep tabs on their sex offenders. 48-year-old Richard Puglisi was a registered sex offender living in Corning when he was evicted from his home. He failed to notify the proper authorities about his new address, which is a felony. They know what his address is now, however, because it’ll be state prison for the next two years.
