Update: 2nd Suspect Wanted For Attempted Murders Arrested

A man who was wanted by Red Bluff Police for his involvement in two attempted murders has been taken into custody. Red Bluff Police say that 37-year-old Dana Brown Jr was arrested about 1PM Wednesday afternoon at his girlfriend’s home on Kimball Road. He has been booked into the Tehama County Jail for attempted murder, along with 27-year-old Kyle Grinnell who was arrested shortly after the incident. Saturday night officers were called to the open space behind James Avenue for a reported stabbing. They learned that two people had been stabbed in a homeless camp between Willow Street and the railroad tracks. Both victims were stabbed multiple times. They’ve now been released from the hospital and are recovering at home.
