A 21-year-old Redding man is accused of shooting up a car in East Redding. Thursday evening officers investigated several reports of shots fired at the east end of Hemingway Street off Shasta View Drive. A car had several bullet holes in it. Witnesses and evidence led to Scott Biggins. He apparently had no intention of shooting any people, just the unoccupied car. He was booked on several charges, including grossly negligent discharge and felony vandalism.
