The United Way of Northern California has grants of $1,000 to $10,000 available for nonprofit organizations providing social service needs during the Coronavirus crisis. Factors such as hunger, job loss, stress and isolation are taking their toll and stretching the capacity some organizations, and the United Way is opening their general fund to help.
