Shasta County School Likely To Use Distance Learning After Spring Break Ends

Shasta County Schools Superintendent Judy Flores says face-to-face instruction may be done for the rest of the school year, but she acknowledges that not every student has access to an Internet device they can use for school work. The decision on just how to provide learning opportunities is up to each local school board, superintendent and administrator. Flores says that however it’s done, all schools should be resuming remote instruction of some kind when spring break is over April 13th. Students and their parents should be getting communications from their particular school.
