Kool April Nites would have had Redding’s streets rumbling this week, if the popular event hadn’t been run off the road by Coronavirus. One group of local car owners are putting together a cruise for this Saturday night. It’s called the Covid April Nites Neighborhood Cruise, according to organizer Rick Sherman. Car owners will be meeting at Clyde’s TV on Hartnell Avenue Saturday at 6PM. They can pick up their packets there, with directions to the chosen four neighborhoods. The areas are not being announced ahead of time because they don’t want a lot of people gathering.
