Speed limits are sharply reduced this week in some parts of the Redding to Anderson Six Lane Project. Night work is being done through Thursday between Balls Ferry Road and Riverside Avenue. The work is being done on both the northbound and the southbound side. The speed limit is 45 miles an hour, and is being strictly enforced by the CHP. Fines are doubled in construction zones.
