A Redding woman was killed after crashing her sedan into a pasture Sunday afternoon, according the CHP. The 60-year-old woman was driving a 2016 Ford Taurus eastbound on Dersch Road near Parkville Road. The CHP says the vehicle drifted off the right shoulder of the road and continued through the intersection at Parkville Road. The car remained on its wheels as it crashed into a pasture. The unidentified woman was not wearing a seatbelt and was taken to a hospital where she succumbed to her injuries.
