Win-River Casino will reopen Friday, the first tribal owned casino in California to do so. The casino occupancy will be limited to 650 guests at a time and a lot of space has been made between each gaming machine. Every time somebody gets up and walks away from a machine, it will be sanitized by the staff. For now, only the one-armed bandits will be operating. Card games like Blackjack will have to wait until a later date.
