A Lewiston man is accused of amassing a collection of child pornography. Trinity County Sheriff’s Investigators started taking a close look at 47-year-old Homer Purcell Jr. in March. He’s already a registered sex offender with a prior conviction for possession of child porn. His home in Lewiston was searched Monday, and investigators reported finding numerous electronic devices with child pornography stored on them. Purcell was not home at the time, but he was found later and booked into jail.
