After a more than ten year fight over more than one proposed location, the Redding City Council finally approved the new Costco project Tuesday night. The 152,000 square foot Costco will anchor the new River Crossing Marketplace at South Bonnyview and Bechelli Lane adjacent to Interstate Five. In order to accommodate the expected traffic increase, there will be round-a-bouts constructed at Bonnyview and Bechelli and also Churn Creek at Victor.
