Modoc County is enjoying its status as the only county in California that remains free of any reported COVID-19 cases, but that may change Thursday. The county will have its first Coronavirus testing clinic. It’ll be done at no charge at Modoc High School from 11AM to 4PM. Modoc County residents need to make appointments at projectbaseline.com/covid19 . Most positive tests recently in other counties, including Shasta, are from people who are showing no symptoms.
