A Red Bluff woman is accused of child molestation. 27-year-old Rachel Michaela Holt-Campbell was arraigned earlier this week on 14 felony counts involving the continuous sexual abuse of a 5-year-old girl. The alleged crimes took place between September and November. Her bail is set at $2 Million.
