A Red Bluff man has been sentenced after being caught up in a child pornography investigation that started in Redding. Redding Police arrested 41-year-old Douglas Keith Goehring at his home on Lake Boulevard in Shasta Lake City September 30th after allegedly finding child porn. Further investigation led to an associate of Goehring, 37-year-old Matthew Robert Ritchie of Red Bluff, who was on parole for continuous sexual abuse of a child. He also was in possession of child porn. He’s been sentenced to 4 years in state prison.
