A late night traffic stop in Shasta Lake City led to two arrests. At 1:50AM Sunday a car was pulled over on Wellington Place that had license plates from a different car. The passenger, 35-year-old Cassidy Faler, gave a false name but was soon identified and found to be a parolee with a felony warrant. The driver, 45-year-old Justin Moon of Whitmore, was searched and allegedly had Meth in his pocket. Deputies say a search of the car turned up a loaded 38 special revolver, which moon is prohibited from having because of a prior felony. Both were booked into jail.
