A man has been convicted of burglary in a Tehama County jury trial. On October 16th of last year, Robert Paul Poliquin was stealing from a storage unit in Corning when he was caught in the act by the victim and a witness. There were other witnesses as well, providing ample testimony for the jury. Poliquin was found guilty of two counts of felony burglary and one count of misdemeanor vandalism, and admitted to a prior violent strike, which will significantly increase his sentence. He’ll be sentenced March 2nd
