2nd Home Invasion Reported At Same Home In Trinity County

Robbers who did a home invasion in the Hayfork area in January apparently went back for seconds last week, according to the Trinity Journal. On January 25th, deputies were called to a property on Post Mountain Road. The victims reported that between 5 and 7 men dressed in black had threatened them with guns and stolen around 100 pounds of processed cannabis, three guns, various cell phones and three vehicles. Two of the vehicles were later found abandoned in Trinity County and another one in Redding. Last Sunday another home invasion was reported at the same house, during which masked robbers came in at around 6AM, tied up the residents and stole marijuana, $1000 cash and a handgun. The victims were eventually able to untie each other. They told sheriff’s detectives that the robbers may have been in a white Ford pickup.
